Raj Arora

Raj has spent more than 25 years shaping the technology behind organisations of every size, from small businesses to large enterprises. He brings an enterprise architect’s discipline to every client, so their technology supports the work instead of getting in the way.

He has led enterprise architecture and technology programs across banking, financial services, telecommunications and eCommerce, for organisations including Westpac, NAB, Optus, Barclays, Citibank, eBay, BOQ, AMP, Bendigo & Adelaide Bank and Heritage Bank. His work spans cloud migration, legacy modernisation, systems integration and data platforms. He has led teams of more than 35 architects, developers and vendor partners, and advised architecture review boards and senior executives.

As Director, Technology, Raj sets how twentytwoseven builds: the platforms we choose, how our products take shape, and the quality bar every piece of work must meet. He works directly with clients to understand how their business runs, then tailors each solution to fit their needs, budget and pace. He is direct about what will work and what won’t, and designs systems that stay simple to run long after go-live.
